Let's make a run tonight.

ellohs everyone;
well i just came back from cca.
today was so different.
the training was so tiring.
pretty much.
coz of the rain,
we had to run at the 2nd level of my school.
12 rounds!
i got stitch somemore.
dreadfully pain.
i had to press my stomach while running.
torturing.
then it ended.
we went down for our water break.
of course.
alright.
another torture!
staircase.
we had to run 3 times up the stairs within the time given.
and its not go up 1,come down 1.
its go up then come down...counted1.

i was so exhausted.
water break!hahas.
as for ball works.
we did it along the path.
near the ncc boys.
hahas.
we did our push ups too.
we was like almost competing them.
well.
not really say compete.
the senior of the ncc was like teasing the junior.
like 'wha wha wha'.
'only know how to see girls'
something like that.
hahas.
it was funny.
lol.

then we was treated with getting home early.
coz those who involved in the competition.
had to go pasir ris primary.
including the seniors.
so it ended early.

thats what happened during cca!

hot water burnt my finger.
